Grazing Boxes

We ran a small event with around 50 guests. 3 grazing boxes was more than enough food and the quality was excellent! Tasty meats, fresh breads and savoury items that were spot on. Can absolutely recommend Wheelie Great Grazing to help host your event!

The combination of a park to keep all the kids entertained and your beautiful grazing tables added to the relaxed atmosphere so I had lovely day celebrating my 50th birthday, thank you both so much !
The grazing tables were a huge hit with guests of all ages. We were all delighted with the wide variety of fresh and delicious food, displayed so beautifully that many people took photos/videos.

Frequently Asked Questions

What are the minimum numbers for a grazing table?

The minimum number is 30 people for a grazing table. For smaller groups our grazing boxes are platters are ideal.

What functions are good for grazing tables

Grazing tables are aesthetically appealing and designed for larger gatherings, parties or corporate events. Great for birthdays, weddings, engagements, christenings, Christmas parties and end of year functions.

What locations do you cater to?

We are based on the NSW Central Coast, Wheelie Great Grazing also services Newcastle, The Hunter Valley and Sydney areas. Grazing boxes can be picked up at Bateau Bay or delivered locally for a small fee.

What are your staff's qualifications?

Our Chef Chantal is the creative force behind our delicious grazing tables bringing 18 years of experience in the food industry to Wheelie Great Grazing. Chantal started her apprenticeship as a chef in 1999 at El Lago Resort. Chantal then worked at the Bay Cafe at Toowoon Bay and then as the function chef at Wyong Golf Club. Chantal then moved onto outdoor catering at Onda Restaurant Terrigal and at times catered for functions for up to 2000 guests at a time! Chantal has a passion for creating the most mouth watering grazing tables for you and your guests to enjoy.

What food is in your grazing tables and platters

All platters are a mix of high quality cheeses, meats, nuts, chocolate, fresh fruits & dried fruit, dips, crackers and & other antipasti style foods. All tables and platters are custom made so we can adjust this if you have any preferences or dietary requirements. We will work with you to ensure you’re happy with all produce displayed on table or platter and welcome any suggestions.

Do you supply tables and cutlery? 

Yes we can supply tables at no extra cost.  Each grazing table comes with food, cutlery and serviettes.

What payment methods do you accept?

We only accept bank transfers.  We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure any booking to hold the date.  Payment must be received a minimum 7 days prior to the event.

How long does it take to set up a grazing table

Each table is different however on average it takes around 2 hours to create each table.
